So i created this URL after reading a great quote from C.S. Lewis, “I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.” I found this quote personally noteworthy and relevant. I wear a pair of glasses so upon seeing this verse ”The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2 Corinthians 4:4, it popped an idea. How from our birth, we have been blinded and deprived from seeing the light of the Christ because of sin. But based on God’s own purposes and love in action, he chose to save me. He gave me sight to see the glory of the Cross and to run to the Christ for forgiveness of my sin. Like receiving glasses to see clearly; we, as Christians, received Christ as our spectacles to truly see who God is and what He did for us. Lens or spectacles magnify and focus’s a certain object, or Someone. Let us magnify and glorify Christ daily!
